Hamburg has a lively and varied music scene. Every year, talented bands and artists emerge from the city's many rehearsal rooms to enrich the local clubs and pubs. The Elbphilharmonie series »Made in Hamburg« has been offering them a chance to appear on a big stage since 2017. Among the guests in the Recital Hall up to now have been the experimental pop duo Shari Vari and the actress, singer and shooting star of 2022, Nina Chuba. The 2022/23 season once again has a diverse programme to offer: it includes the neo-soul quintet Rhonda and the multi-disciplinary artist Rosaceae, who covers the genres noise, ambient and techno. Electro-pop musician Kuoko and the five-part post-punk band Erregung Öffentlicher Erregung have also said they will be appearing.

The interview was broadcast on the radio on 10 January 2023.
