Black Market

Black Market

Some internet platforms offer tickets for sold-out events at the Elbphilharmonie, sometimes from dubious sources and at highly inflated prices. We recommend that you only purchase tickets from official ticket shops, online at www.elbphilharmonie.com, or on official online platforms of external promoters, to which you will be forwarded from our website. Ticket holders who have not acquired their tickets legitimately can be refused access to the event.

Personalised Tickets

Personalised tickets have become necessary in order to combat unauthorised ticket sales and trading and to protect concertgoers from overpriced tickets. Therefore the person entitled to attend an event must have his/her/their name entered in the designated field on the ticket. All ticket holders are required to carry a valid photo ID.
