Rolf Zuckowski & the Elbkinder Choirs

Literally every German child knows Rolf Zuckowski: the composer and singer of children’s songs has been on the stage for 40 years now, and to celebrate this anniversary, Zuckowski is appearing in four different towns in 2017. The climax of his anniversary tour will be his two guest appearances in the Christmas concerts of the Elbkinder choirs at the Elbphilharmonie. No fewer than 16 children’s choirs from places on the banks of the River Elbe – from the Czech town of Podebrady through Dresden, Dessau and Buxtehude to the Hamburg choirs »Die Jungs« and »Alsterfrösche« – will be performing Christmas works from Rolf Zuckowski’s repertoire in the Grand Hall.
