Kit Armstrong
Piano Recital
It is rare for audiences to get the opportunity to follow the developmental process of a talented young musician as clearly as they can with Kit Armstrong. Piano fans will remember his first appearances as a teenager at the side of his mentor Alfred Brendel. Since then the American musician has turned 20, completed a degree in Mathematics, learned several languages, been active as a composer and impressed repeatedly with exciting programmes in concert halls around the world. This piano evening in the Grand Hall of the Laeiszhalle will be no different, where Armstrong will be tracing the development of music from Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
