Gringolts Quartet
Beethoven / Veress / Dvořák – 2G+ AND PHYSICAL DISTANCE
Chamber music from a single soul
The four members of the Zurich-based Gringolts Quartet come from Russia and Rumania, Armenia and Germany. They were already playing chamber music together in private long before they founded their quartet, and it paid off: music magazine Bachtrack wrote of "chamber music as if from a single soul«, and the quartet’s CDs have won such prestigious prizes as the Supersonic Award und den Diapason d’Or. After their acclaimed Elbphilharmonie debut with the Swedish quartet Meta4, they now return to Hamburg with a varied programme of chamber music.
