Esperanza Festival / Chouchane Siranossian / Sara Domjanić

2015 saw the founding of the young Ensemble Esperanza at the International Academy of Music in Liechtenstein, and it wasn’t long at all before the musicians were appearing alongside major soloists like violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter or recorder player Maurice Steger. Esperanza and the Liechtenstein Academy of Music now host a mini-festival spread over three days in the Elbphilharmonie Recital Hall. On the second day of the festival, Ensemble Esperanza perform Vivaldi’s immortal »Four Seasons« together with the work of the same name by Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla, founder of the Tango Nuevo, twice on one day.

The concert in the morning is aimed at school students, senior citizens and refugees.
