Tetzlaff Quartett / musica assoluta
Haydn / Britten / Berio
Volunteering Hanseatically and innovating artistically – that is how the Hamburger Kammermusikfreunde have been working for 100 years. Ever since the opening concert in the Atlantic Hotel on 14 September 1922 the goal has always been to bring the world’s best chamber music to Hamburg, inspired by a love of music and the humanistic ideal. The anniversary programme ranges from a gala concert to cheeky »music you can hear stinking«.
