Star violinist Vadim Repin’s career took off early: after studying with the virtuoso Zakhar Bron, he became the youngest entrant ever to win the prestigious Queen Elisabeth Competition. He also found a great admirer and mentor in Yehudi Menuhin. He is making his debut at the Elbphilharmonie together with the Russian Chamber Philharmonia St. Petersburg.
