Tristan & Isolde: Die Geschichte einer verbotenen Liebe
Ensemble Trobar e Cantar
Legendary love story
The ensemble Trobar e Cantar regularly transports its audience to a eras with instruments like the cornett, the crumhorn, the viola da gamba, the harp, the dulcian, the recorder and the hümmelchen. But the musicians also take new approaches in order to develop interesting concert formats featuring actors, cabaret artists and Early Music experts. In this way they manage to forge a link between the musical fragments, some of them more than a thousand years old, and the present day. Trobar e Cantar’s concerts show that medieval music has the power to touch us in a very special way.
