Information About Ticket Refunds for Cancelled Concerts Event cancelled? A full overview of information on the individual promoters’ refund policies

Cancelled Events

Over the last few months, the coronavirus pandemic has meant that events have had to be postponed or cancelled. Most of the promoters are refunding the ticket price for cancelled events where it has not been possible to reschedule. The same applies to guided tours. Some promoters are resorting to the legal provision for issuing vouchers.

Below you will find further information about refunds as well as a form. Please complete one form per event.
