Over the last few months, the coronavirus pandemic has meant that events have had to be postponed or cancelled. Most of the promoters are refunding the ticket price for cancelled events where it has not been possible to reschedule. The same applies to guided tours. Some promoters are resorting to the legal provision for issuing vouchers.
You’ll find further information about refunds and the form here. Please complete one form per event.
If you are unsure what you need to do or if you have any questions, please send us an email at email@example.com – we will be happy to help.
Please do not send queries regarding the status of your refund – we are doing our best to process refunds as quickly as possible.
