Musical Autobiography
»The Light of Paradise« is award-winning Welsh composer Paul Mealor’s exploration of the life of medieval mystic and theologian Margery Kempe. Commissioned by the Zurich Chamber Singers, this work describes Margery’s inner journey to her faith. The texts are taken from the »Book of Margery Kempe« and illustrate here in 14 movements simultaneously the stations of the Way of the Cross.
