Pure emotion

The singer-songwriter behind the artist name SYML is Brian Fennell. Since his debut in 2019, the artist from Washington State has established a reputation for clear music with deep emotionality. Stylistically, his songs are characterised by slimmed-down arrangements. A piano, guitar and a laptop are often all he needs to express his innermost feelings. The combination of emotionally charged lyrics and almost spherical sounds is a successful one. In the Elbphilharmonie Recital Hall, SYML now presents his latest EP »DIM«. It explores the theme of loss in all its manifestations, and was a means for the artist to process his own personal experiences.
