The Cologne pianist Pablo Held is regarded as one of Europe’s most talented and daring improvisors. 15 years ago he formed his trio of telepathically connected musicians with bassist Robert Landfermann and drummer Jonas Burgwinkel. The band has also regularly worked with other musicians, including the guitarist John Scofield, the saxophonist Dave Liebman and now with the Brazilian guitarist Nelson Veras.
