Quatuor Diotima
Szymanowski / Saunders / Schubert
»One can hardly imagine a more competent ensemble for recitals of contemporary string quartet music than Quatuor Diotima,« published the Hamburger Abendblatt about the French quartet. But the Paris-based Quatuor Diotima is not only one of today’s top formations for contemporary music; they also perform the entire classical and romantic repertoire. Tonight, the four string players combine a new piece by British composer Rebecca Saunders with works by Schubert and Szymanowski.
