Silje Nergaard is one of Norway’s best-known jazz singers, and she enjoys great success in the rest of Europe as well. After an appearance aged only 16 at Norway’s biggest festival, »Moldejazz«, she was discovered by no lesser figure than Pat Metheny, who didn’t waste any time organising a recording contract for her.
