Brian Gore founded »International Guitar Night« in 1995 as a platform for presenting the most exciting protagonists of the international acoustic guitar scene on stages in the UK and North America. The idea quickly proved popular, so much so that the series gradually went global. The German edition is called »Nacht der Gitarren« (Night of the Guitars), and in 2020 will be presenting the German gypsy jazz guitarist Lulo Reinhardt, the Russian fingerstyle guitarist Alexandr Misko, the Canadian jazz guitarist Jocelyn Gould, and the Australian classical guitarist Stephanie Jones.
