Horacio Lavandera, piano
Beethoven / Saluzzi / Bach / Brahms
»The fact that Horacio Lavandera can play the piano brilliantly will be clear in the first few minutes,« stated the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung, after the youngest participant – Horacio Lavandera himself – won the 3rd International Umberto Micheli Piano Competition in Milan’s Teatro alla Scala. For his piano recital in the Laeiszhalle Recital Hall, Lavandera has selected well-known and virtuosic pieces by Bach, Beethoven and Brahms – rounded off by works by the contemporary Argentine composer Dino Saluzzi.
