Danny Elfman has shaped the sound of Hollywood for the last 30 years. As a congenial partner of film director Tim Burton, Elfman has contributed his unmistakably melodious sound fantasies to Burton’s morbidly playful visual worlds in »Edward Scissorhands«, »Alice in Wonderland« and »Nightmare Before Christmas«. With »Batman« and the »Simpsons« Elfman has created musical monuments for two of the most legendary yet contrary heroic stories Hollywood has to offer.
