The Hamburger Juristenorchester (Hamburg Lawyers’ Orchestra) was founded by a group of music-loving lawyers in 1990 and has consisted of 32 active musicians ever since. Under its conductor Simon Kannenberg, the orchestra usually gives two concerts each year and it now performs in the Laeiszhalle Recital Hall. The repertoire includes works ranging from the Baroque to Romanticism.
