Hamburger Ärzteorchester
Beethoven / Tschaikowsky / Haydn
The Hamburger Ärzteorchester (Hamburg Doctors’ Orchestra) will play their anniversary concert this year for the benefit of the charity Hamburger Hospiz e.V. The charitable organisation was founded in 1990, and has been running the Hamburg Hospice in the Helenenstift with 16 beds since October 2001, as well as the hospice advisory service for out-patients since 2004. The organisation looks after terminally ill and dying patients in the last phase of their lives, and also attends to the needs of their dependants. The hospice is partly dependent on donations to carry out this important work.
