Ensemble arabesques
Strauss / Mozart
The Ensemble arabesques, featuring musicians from three major Hamburg orchestras and soloists from all over Germany, is back to give its first concert in the Grand Hall since its Elbphilharmonie debut in 2019. Under the baton of conductor Ariel Zuckermann, the first work on the programme is »Fröhliche Werkstatt« by Richard Strauss. The instrumentation is based on Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s »Gran Partita«, which forms the second half of the concert.
