Duo Tal & Groethuysen

Duo Tal & Groethuysen are coming to the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival – which has a focus this year on Bach – with a »composed interpretation« of Bach’s »Art of the Fugue«. The German composer Reinhard Febel, with great respect for the master, has turned his attention to Bach’s vast compendium, singled out various parameters and thrown new light on them. The result is a fascinating work in which Bach’s original always remains discernible, while being injected with a new vitality.
