He is a man of many talents and a restless communicator in the world of music: the British pianist, organist, conductor and composer Wayne Marshall. »Living in fortissimo«, to use his own words, would be an apt description of his career. Marshall’s winning manner and brilliant musicality appeal to audiences all over the world. At the Elbphilharmonie he continues the tradition of improvising composers which is especially prevalent in the organ world.
