Fleeing tradition

The Austrian musician Wolfgang Muthspiel was once called the »world’s quietest guitarist«. But it’s worth taking a moment to consider the significance of such a title: in this context, quiet means subtle, nuanced and graceful. Comparisons with his American colleague Bill Frisell are unavoidable. Muthspiel and his trio led by Marie Spaemann on the cello and Mario Rom on the trumpet now provide live musical accompaniment to the silent film »Tabu«.

Please note: The concert start time has been changed from 18:00 to 20:00. Tickets retain their validity, ticket buyers will be informed directly by e-mail.
