20 Jahre Nils Landgren + ACT: Ein Grund zum Feiern – eine herausragende Musikerpersönlichkeit und eine im kurzlebigen Musikgeschäft wohl außergewöhnliche Zusammenarbeit. Mit einem exklusiven Jubilee-Konzert mit langjährigen musikalischen Weggefährten und Freunden von Mr. Redhorn sowie neuen Shootingstars, deren beginnende Karrieren Landgren begleitet hat. Für die Worte Vielseitigkeit, Neugier und Tatendrang gibt es ein Synonym: Nils Landgren. Egal ob mit seiner Funk Unit, seinen Jazz-Balladenprojekten, mit Bigbands oder immer wieder neuen Konstellationen, darunter zwei gefeierte Duo-Alben mit Esbjörn Svensson - seit mittlerweile über 30 Jahren ist der sympathische Schwede mit der knallroten Posaune unaufhörlich unterwegs. Längst hat er sich zu einem der erfolgreichsten europäischen Jazzmusiker etabliert. Auf rund 550 Tonträgern mit seiner Beteiligung, unzählige Jazz Awards und Auszeichnungen, darunter sogar der schwedische Grammy für sein Lebenswerk, blickt der 1956 in Värmland geborene Landgren zurück. »Mr. Redhorn« ist einer der aktivsten Live-Künstler des zeitgenössischen Jazz und im Schnitt 200 Tage im Jahr rund um den Globus musikalisch unterwegs. Er zählt dabei zu den wenigen, die mit Jazz ein breites Publikum erreichen, ohne sich dabei künstlerisch oder persönlich zu verbiegen.

Since 1908, the Laeiszhalle has been a meeting place for Hamburg's musical life. The neo-baroque Laeiszhalle Grand Hall accommodates over 2,000 guests. (Please note: The Laeiszhalle is a separate concert hall located three kilometres away from the Elbphilharmonie.)

Facilities for ladies are located behind the cloakrooms on all floors. Facilities for gentlemen can be found on the landing between the floors, also located behind the cloakrooms.
A fully accessible toilet for persons with mobility disabilities is located behind the cloakroom on the ground floor (Parkett links).

We suggest visitors arrive at the Laeiszhalle main entrance not later than 30 minutes before the start of the concert or event. Late seating is not guaranteed and latecomers may not be admitted to the concert hall.
The entrance of the Recital Hall is located on Gorch-Fock-Wall.
