Music for the living and the dead

The polisono ensemble under Volker Hedtfeld and the Karl-Forster-Chor are an impressive cast of experienced musicians. Formed by Volker Hedtfeld in summer 2019, polisono brings together selected soloists from Berlin to create a unique polyphony. The programme features Edvard Grieg’s Holberg Suite, a Romantic set of dances, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Requiem in D Minor from 1791 – his last composition.
