Description
Only rarely do the solo careers of former members of successful bands lead to further global success – with Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel and Mike Rutherford, however, that has happened to three Genesis members. With his band Mike & The Mechanics and hits such as »All I Need is a Miracle« and »Over My Shoulder«, former Genesis guitarist Mike Rutherford has sold more than 10 million albums. In April the band embarks on a major tour of Germany – performing songs such as »Let Me Fly« from the latest album and all the hits from their 30-year history. Andrew Roachford joined the band in 2010 to replace the former lead singer Paul Carrack. Roachford also comes with a track record – he had an international hit of his own with »This Generation« in the early 1990s.
