Harpsichordist of the present day

Pomposity, flourishes and wigs – with the harpsichord, many people primarily think of the baroque period. However, in the early 20th century, this temporarily forgotten instrument experienced a true Renaissance. Mahan Esfahani presents classics from this period and even much more up-to-date works, which propel the harpsichord from the past into the present.
