Der spanische Autor Carlos Ruiz Zafón begeistert mit seinen Barcelona-Romanen um den Friedhof der Vergessenen Bücher ein Millionenpublikum auf der ganzen Welt. »Der Schatten des Windes«, »Das Spiel des Engels« und »Der Gefangene des Himmels« waren allesamt internationale Bestseller. Nun ist er mit seinem aktuellen Roman »Das Labyrinth der Lichter« in Hamburg zu Gast. Im Gespräch ist er mit der Schauspielerin Sandra Quadflieg, die auch die deutschen Teile des neuen Romans liest.
Spanien in den dunklen Tagen des Franco-Regimes: Ein Auftrag der Politischen Polizei führt die eigenwillige Alicia Gris von Madrid zurück in ihre Heimatstadt Barcelona. Chamber music series, lieder recitals, children's concerts and jazz events seem to be made for the Recital Hall of the Laeiszhalle, which can accommodate up to 640 guests. (Please note: The Laeiszhalle is a separate concert hall located three kilometres away from the Elbphilharmonie.)

We suggest visitors arrive at the Laeiszhalle main entrance not later than 30 minutes before the start of the concert or event. Late seating is not guaranteed and latecomers may not be admitted to the concert hall.
The entrance of the Recital Hall is located on Gorch-Fock-Wall.
