Global star from Portugal

Ana Moura brings Fado music, which is deeply rooted in the Portuguese soul, into the present: she includes jazz and pop elements, and sings partly in English. Her performances are enthusiastically receuived by traditionalists and young listeners alike.

Since 1908, the Laeiszhalle has been a meeting place for Hamburg's musical life. The neo-baroque Laeiszhalle Grand Hall accommodates over 2,000 guests.

Cloakrooms

Please note that, during the coronavirus period, the cloakrooms in the Laeiszhalle remain closed. Jackets and small handbags can be taken into the hall. We kindly ask you to not bring Umbrellas, bags sized A3 and bigger, and luggage and other bulky items to the concert areas and to leave them at home in best case.

Please note: the Laeiszhalle is a separate venue. It is located on Johannes-Brahms-Platz, around three kilometres away from the Elbphilharmonie.
Arrival Time

The foyers of the Grand and Recital Halls open their doors 60 minutes before the start of the concert or event. The bars in each foyer open simultaneously.

Admission into the halls also begins 30 minutes before the start of the concert or event.
Photography and Video Recordings

Photography is permitted at the Laeiszhalle for private purposes only. Please respect the privacy of other visitors and help ensure an undisturbed concert experience for all guests and artists. Employees and artists may not be photographed.

Photography, audio or video recordings of concerts and events are strictly prohibited.

Event-related video recordings or photographs for editorial or commercial purposes must be authorised by the Press Office of the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle.
Smoking Ban

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises of the Laeiszhalle.

Take careful note of event venues in the concert calender. Not all events take place at the Elbphilharmonie. Events at the Elbphilharmonie are indicated with the venue name »Elbphilharmonie Hamburg«. The Laeiszhalle is a separate concert hall located three kilometres away from the Elbphilharmonie.
