Jubiläumskonzert
1989 in Hamburg geboren, begann Alexander Krichel im Alter von sechs Jahren mit dem Klavierspiel. Mit 15 Jahren wurde er Jungstudent an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. 2007 setzte er seine Studien an der Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover beim legendären Vladimir Krainev bis zu dessen Tod fort. Zur Zeit studiert er am Royal College of Music in London bei Prof. Dmitri Alexeev. Er gewann mehrere erste Preise bei internationalen und nationalen Wettbewerben. Sein erstes Album »Frühlingsnacht«, das im Februar 2013 erschien, fand große Anerkennung bei Kritik und Publikum und zog sofort in die deutschen Klassik-Charts ein. Die begleitende Deutschlandtour führte ihn in renommierte deutsche Konzertsäle. Außerhalb Deutschlands konzertierte Alexander Krichel u.a. in den USA, in Südamerika, in Frankreich und in Japan. Zu den Festivals, bei denen er gastierte, zählen die Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, der Kissinger Sommer, das Schleswig-Holstein sowie das Rheingau Musik Festival. Seit 2005 ist Alexander Krichel Stipendiat der Oscar und Vera Ritter-Stiftung.

Chamber music series, lieder recitals, children's concerts and jazz events seem to be made for the Recital Hall of the Laeiszhalle, which can accommodate up to 640 guests. (Please note: The Laeiszhalle is a separate concert hall located three kilometres away from the Elbphilharmonie.)

We suggest visitors arrive at the Laeiszhalle main entrance not later than 30 minutes before the start of the concert or event. Late seating is not guaranteed and latecomers may not be admitted to the concert hall.
