Made in Hamburg

From the club to the Elbphilharmonie Recital Hall: the »Made in Hamburg« series provides a platform for Hamburg artists.

The series kicks off in the 2024/25 season with Amber and the Moon and their delicately acoustic indie folk. By way of contrast, Get Jealous then bring a completely different vibe to the Recital Hall with their catchy punk pop. Redchild, who recently appeared on the musical stage in »Hamilton«, adds some relaxed hip-hop to the mix, and Boviy performs their take on indie pop with a political twist. The groovy mix offered up by Danube’s Banks is a blend of gypsy swing, klezmer and Balkan beats. The series also relocates to the Grand Hall with Derya Yıldırım & Grup Şimşek, for a resplendent symbiosis of Anatolian traditions, psychedelia, jazz and funk.
