The Dutch–Italian pianist Saskia Giorgini came to prominence in the music world when she won the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg in 2016. Besides Romantic works by Liszt, Schumann and Chopin, the 36-year-old artist will also perform contemporary pieces by the British composer Mark Simpson and waltzes by Johann Strauß II and Amy Beach.
