Maria Lettberg / Piano Recital
»Eros and Thanatos«
Swedish pianist Maria Lettberg gives her first ever guest performance in the Elbphilharmonie Recital Hall. With her subtly calibrated programmes, the Riga-born, Berlin-based musician has played at an international level in concert halls from New York to Saint Petersburg. A key focus in her work is the Russian composer Alexander Scriabin: she recorded his complete solo piano works in 2007 and a few of his pieces feature in this concert.
