On the Map of Musical Cities
Hamburg as a music centre? It’s not so long ago that the idea would have raised some eyebrows amongst connoisseurs. But since the opening of the Elbphilharmonie in 2017 at the latest, it has become clear that the city on the Elbe can confidently claim a place for itself on the musical map alongside Vienna or Paris. The Symphoniker Hamburg accompanies star tenor Daniel Behle and pianist Alexander Krichel in a musical »Homage to Hamburg«. Please note: This event replaces the cancelled concert from 11 October 2020. Tickets purchased for the postponed concert are not valid for this event.
