Ensemble Resonanz / »geburt« / »birth«
Stravinsky / Mozart / Aperghis
Shouts, syllables and fragments of sentences echo though the Grand Hall in Georges Aperghis’s »Récitations«. Only just born, they rise up against the gods: the birth of the human voice is also the birth of the resistance. As the Elbphilharmonie’s Ensemble in Residence, the dynamic Hamburg-based Ensemble Resonanz puts on its own concert series: six concerts for adventurous risk-takers and open-minded music lovers with a penchant for innovative programmes. The string collective opens its »Resonances« in the Elbphilharmonie Grand Hall with Aperghis, Stravinsky and Mozart.
