The concert programme of the Elbphilharmonie and the Laeiszhalle cannot go ahead as planned due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. It all began on the island Föhr in the North Sea, from which Konstantin und Alexander Rethwisch embarked some 20 years ago to travel to Los Angeles. After their return, they founded the band Stanfour – and became celebrated pop stars. Now the Rethwisch brothers take the stage at the Elbphilharmonie by storm together with their sisters Lisa and Maria.
The Elbphilharmonie sees itself as a concert hall for everyone: in this spirit, the Elbphilharmonie series »Made in Hamburg« brings local rock and pop artists out of the city’s clubs to put on gigs in the Recital Hall. After all, they make a decisive combination to Hamburg’s good reputation as a music centre – and they play great music!
