A resident performer at Berlin’s famous techno cathedral Berghain, the prodigious artist Henrik Schwarz is also right at home at major dance festivals around the world. Schwarz has remixed pop acts including the likes of Coldplay, London Grammar, Michael Jackson, Boy George and Stevie Wonder, to name just a few of 200 works. Piano maestro and three-time NO Grammy winner Bugge Wesseltoft is the inventor of the 90s electro jazz movement, the influential blueprint for acts like Kruder & Dorfmeister and Gotan Project. Be it back then at ECM alongside Jan Garbarek or in later collaborations with John Scofield and Joshua, Wesseltoft’s knowledge of global music and his penchant for transcending musical boundaries have earned him a global reputation.
