Concerts at the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle are currently subject to coronavirus-related restrictions. This event is therefore going ahead with an amended programme and reduced seating capacity. Dr. Musigunde, physician specialising in instrument healing, visits the Symphoniker Hamburg: after all, instruments are like humans and need regular health check-ups to cure tension, constipation, feeling out of tune and other aches and pains. After a thorough musical check-up they are prescribed all manner of different treatments. But whatever the instrument, Dr. Musigunde always has advice to offer. And in addition, the audience’s vocal chords and heart rhythms are examined and beneficial remedies prescribed.
