His training took him to Shanghai and Frankfurt, he has already won numerous prizes and performs regularly in Germany and China. His playing is characterised by deep musical feeling and virtuoso technique, which, however, never becomes an end in itself, but completely serves the exploration of the musical content. In his Elbphilharmonie debut, he presents two works by Chopin.
