Description
The traditional Georgian meal known as »supra« is of central importance in the social life of this country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia. Georgian food, Georgian wine and many-voiced Georgian singing play a major role. On three evenings, the well-known author and film director Nino Haratischwili invites people to join her in the Elbphilharmonie Kaistudio, where she will be presenting this national tradition from a female point of view. Together with four female musicians from Georgia and three Hamburg-based actresses, the audience sit around a long table to eat, drink and sing.
