»The Other Side of the San« – the title of San Glaser’s latest album is not an empty wordplay: after four records featuring her own original compositions, Glaser now shows a different musical side to herself with her favourite jazz classics from the Great American Songbook. On stage, the singer and her quartet combine charm and nonchalance, bubbling energy and boldness, melancholy and longing. In short: musical magic and pure authenticity!
Jazz at the Kulturcafé is a monthly event presenting the most promising upcoming artists in the jazz and singer-songwriter scene. It is the perfect experimental platform for musicians and bands from Hamburg and all over the country. The atmosphere is laid back – and admission is free!
