MJO meets Buchbinder

As spring gets underway, the Felix Mendelssohn Jugendorchester under conductor Clemens Malich wakes its audience from hibernation with a very special musical encounter: the Hamburg youth symphony orchestra and pianist Rudolf Buchbinder take the audience on a journey to the stirring and harmonious soundscapes of Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A Minor, followed by Gustav Mahler’s First Symphony in the rarely performed, original and unedited Hamburg version »The Titan«.
