The community project »Future X – When Is Tomorrow?« brings young people together aged 16 and over who dream of putting on a fantastic stage performance in the Elbphilharmonie Grand Hall. The music, choreography and texts for the project are developed in four different workshops. The »DANCE« workshop is all about movement: how does one body behave in a group, in relation to many other bodies, and vice versa?

Everyone taking part in the workshop gets access to intensive body, space and dance training, as well as the opportunity to be actively involved in the creation of the choreography. Anyone (aged 16 and over living in Hamburg or the surrounding areas) who wants to move their bodies through dance is welcome. All physical abilities and generations are also welcome, as well as everyone from all different walks of life and fields of work. The workshop is led by the dancer and choreographer Patricia Carolin Mai.

For »TOGETHER«, all workshop groups also convene on ten weekends at the Elbphilharmonie Kaistudios: 1 & 2 November 2024, 15 & 16 November 2024, 13 & 14 December 2024, 24 & 25 January 2025, 8 February 2025, 22 & 23 February 2025, 8 & 9 March 2025, 12 & 13 April 2025, 26 & 27 April 2025, 30 April–4 May 2025
