Community Project: »Future X – When Is Tomorrow?«

The community project »Future X – When Is Tomorrow?« brings young people together aged 16 and over who dream of putting on a fantastic stage performance in the Elbphilharmonie Grand Hall. The music, choreography and texts for the project are developed in four different workshops. The »MUSIC« workshop is the right place for anyone keen to get creative in a musical way: whether it’s experience as a songwriter, on instruments of all shapes and sizes from the cello to the pan flute, the oud, piano or electric guitar, time at the DJ booth or performing as a singer – anyone (aged 16 and over living in Hamburg or the surrounding areas) who has ever made music and wants to shape the sound of the 2024/25 community project can come along and get involved. The workshop is led by the composer and music educator Kian Jazdi.
