Best of Poetry Slam

Five distinctive voices take to the stage and present texts that invite laughter, reflection, and amazement—sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, sometimes with poetic precision, sometimes with narrative exuberance. An evening full of spoken word in its most beautiful forms: poetry or rambling, prose or punchlines, finely honed verses alongside wild mental acrobatics.

The occasion could hardly be more fitting: this »Best of Poetry Slam« marks the start of the new season of Kampf der Künste (Battle of the Arts). After the summer break, words are once again swirling across the stage, iambs and trochees brushing the last grains of sand from their ears and returning to the spotlight.
