Klassiko Orchestra Instruments – Ages 4+
From the violin and the double bass to the trumpet and flute – this is a chance to try your hand at the various instruments of a symphony orchestra.
This workshop takes participants through the whole gamut of instruments in the classical symphony orchestra. Be it violin, cello or double bass, trumpet or flute: everything can be tried out, and there are instruments of the right size for the youngest and for adults alike. And the concert at the end shows that children and adults together yield a harmonious ensemble. The workshop for participants aged 4 and upwards is held in Studio E at the Laeiszhalle.
Please note: The workshops scheduled for 2020/21 cannot go ahead as planned because of the coronavirus pandemic. There will be no workshops in season 2020/21.
Duration: 75 minutes (ages 4+); 90 minutes (ages 6+/16+/adults)
