Norwegian pianist Bugge Wesseltoft is a pioneer of electronic jazz. He has now recruited the former rhythm section of the ground-breaking Swedish Esbjörn Svensson Trio (e.s.t.). Under the name »Rymden«, the trio plays melancholic Nordic music that lies somewhere between acoustic and electronic jazz, and progressive rock.
