Harbour Front Literaturfestival
With his 2014 novel »Er ist wieder da« (Look Who’s Back), German author Timur Vermes was on the bestseller lists for over 130 weeks – 27 weeks in first place – and sold three million copies. His latest novel »Die Hungrigen und die Satten« (The Hungry and the Sated), which he now presents at the Harbor Front Literaturfestival, is likewise a social satire, timely and explosive, radical and witty.
The Harbour Front Literaturfestival brings together some 100 German and international authors at 20 locations in Hamburg’s docklands, including the Elbphilharmonie, from 12 September to 15 October. This year the festival celebrates its 10th anniversary.
