Tatjana Ruhland / Rudolf Meister
Recital »Flute: Romantic & Virtuosic«
The OPUS KLASSIK winner Tatjana Ruhland was once described by a critic as the »Paganini of the flute«, and in December 2018 – after her performance of Debussy’s »Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune« with the Berlin Philharmonic – the Tagesspiegel called her »a fabulous faun«, saying that »she’d earned all the cheers at the end with just the first few bars«. With her chamber music partner Rudolf Meister on the piano, Ruhland now puts the flute under the spotlight at the Elbphilharmonie.
